My goal is to teach women, that are now mothers, what health and fitness looks like once your world is no longer about you. I often find that those who enroll for our programs are unaware how health and wellness can fit into to their daily routine, and get bogged down by the thought of adapting the habits they previously had into their new phase of motherhood. So many programs show you ways to treat the symptoms of excess weight. ("drink this shake", "do this workout", "take this pill") No! I teach you to dig to the root and eliminate the barriers that are keeping you from being the wife and mom you want to be. You wouldn't take your kid to the doctor, find out he/she has strep throat, then just be ok with the doctor only giving him a sucker to help with his throat pain would you? No! You would want the doctor to get to the root of that bacterial infection! Raise your standards and reach your goals!

If you’re looking for complete one on one access to me 24/7, this is for you! This option allows daily communication, motivation and empowerment by your own personal exercise physiologist to make sure you succeed. If you know you are ready to do this thing and make drastic changes in your life...then LET'S GO!

Janie Bolte has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology, a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and obtained her first certification in 2011. She now holds a certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and is ready to help you reach your goals!
