Quick tricks to help you stay on track with weight loss even though school has started
School has started, and that more than likely looks weird for most of you. Or, if it is somewhat normal...it's school...so it's never easy to get into the swing of things.
So you have about zero minutes in your day to start thinking about yourself! But that's ok! That's what I'm here for!
So here are 3 easy tips you can add to your daily routine to help you stay on track with weight loss!
#1 Drink water!
Drink all the water! Always! Get a cute water bottle, fill it up and drink drink drink!
#2 Sit less!
If you are on a phone call, stand. If you are folding laundry, stand. If you are listening to a room call, stand. Just stand. It burns more calories than sitting!
#3 Watch your portions.
I'm not asking you to put that fast food down, or the microwave dinner. You can bet those things are probably going to be happening in the Bolte household until we get back in the grove. Just make sure you don't supersize, and don't over load your plate!
